Personal Care: Bathing, assistance with dressing, nail and skin care, back care, foot care, shampoo and oral hygiene. Assistance with ambulation, transfers, range of motion exercise, safe use of equipment and devices, (walker, crutches, cane) change of position. Assistance with toileting; use of bedpan, commode, or urinal; incontinent care.
Meal planning: in-home cooking services for seniors to ensure you have the most enjoyable culinary experience at every meal. preparation, and assistance with feeding.
Companionship: Emotional support and motivation through conversation, encouragement and recreational activities.
Homemaking: Light Housekeeping- Cleaning of the bathroom.
Our Services
Home care is a collaborative effort. The clinicians will work in coordination with the patient, physician, pharmacy, family, and caregivers to create an individualized care plan to specifically fit each patient’s needs. Communication is vital in home care and is necessary to ensure a successful outcome.
We will be there not only to care for the patient, but just as importantly, to educate them. Taking the time to teach them how to manage their symptoms, administer their therapies, watch for warning signs, care for their catheters, reduce the risk of infection, and other skills they can use to guard their health and improve their well-being.
Our goal is to create a partnership between the clinician, patient, and caregiver so that we can maximize the advantages of receiving treatment in the comfort of your own home. We know how stressful it can be to deal with the complexity of managing your own care or that of a loved one. We will be there to guide and support you through it.
